Outdoor Athletic Fields

Baseball/Softball Fields

The City of Papillion outdoor baseball and softball fields are open March through October 31st each year depending on weather. 

Any organization that is not a recognized user per the Field Utilization Guidelines, must rent the fields per the fee schedule.

Soccer Fields

The City of Papillion Soccer Complex fields are only used for league games through the Papillion Soccer Club or Nebraska State Soccer Association.  No practices or pick up games are allowed on the Soccer Complex Fields.  Rentals will only be allowed when applicable during the off season of soccer leagues.  Permits are required for the use of the fields.

Tournaments

The submission of a tournament application does not constitute approval of your tournament.  You will receive direct written acknowledgment of your application regarding its approval or rejection through the mail. Because of field availability and the number of requests we receive, all tournament applications must be received by October 31st for the following year.  We will review each application in a timely manner and issue correspondence so that we may both prepare properly.

Fees

  • $40.00 Per Team
  • $5.00 Per Hour/Field

Tournament Application (PDF)

Tournaments must submit a liability insurance policy to the Recreation Department prior to the beginning of tournament. The liability policy must be for at least $1,000,000 for each occurrence and $5,000,000 in general aggregate. Policy must include the City of Papillion as additional insured.
