The Chrysalis Event Center is able to host receptions or events from 10 to 140, and our courtyard can be added to as an outdoor space for up to 75 guests. The information you will find here is just a touch of what we have to offer; please contact our Event Manager today to schedule an appointment to check for availability and view the space.  We look forward to discussing your specific event details and learn how we can be a part of making your event a reality! 

Ballroom Reception

The Chrysalis Ballroom is a multi-purpose  space that can be divided into three separate suites, allowing accommodations for an intimate reception for as few as twenty attendees or a large celebration for as many as 140. 

When you select the Chrysalis Event Center for your event, we can customize your rental to fit your reception needs.

Event Hall Reception

The Chrysalis Event Hall is a multi-purpose event space with an attached stage and outdoor views.  The event hall can accommodate up to 200 attendees for your celebration and still leave ample space for dancing and dining.

To assist in planning your event please note the following policies. 

Chrysalis rooms must be rented 21 days or more prior to the event date. Community rooms may be rented 5 days or more prior to the event date. 

All events over 30 people that serve food and beverages (other than a special desert) must use a City of Papillion approved Caterer. Approved caterers are Attitude on Food – 402-341-3663, Abraham’s Catering – 402-331-6610, Patricia’s Catering – 402-733-6733, Hy- Vee Papillion – 402-597-5790, and Catering Creations – 402-558-3202. Customers may bring in a cake or dessert.

Birthday parties for children under 16 will be held in the Papillion Landing birthday party rooms only.
