1. Does it cost anything to sign up for online bill payment?

No. It's free to sign up for online bill payment and to use the service.

2. What is InvoiceCloud?

InvoiceCloud is the company we have partnered with to handle our online payments.

3. What payment choices do I have?

You can pay your bills in person at City Hall, by mail or online through InvoiceCloud. We do accept credit or debit card.

4. What will my bill look like online?

We try to match the look of your paper statement as much as possible, so you'll find it easy to read your bill onscreen.

5. What other information is available?

You can view up to a year's history of your account online, so you can compare your current bill to a year ago.

6. Do I need to pay my bills from my computer?

Not at all. You can pay in person at City Hall or by mail. We offer online bill pay as an one option for our customers convenience.

7. How do I know the payment went through?

After you complete the transaction, you will receive an email receipt to confirm that your payment went through.

8. Is my information safe?

Absolutely. All the transactions are handled on secure servers. As long as you don't give out your password, only you will be able to access your account. Plus, your personal information or email address will not be sold or rented to third party marketing purposes without your permission.

10. How do I sign up for water/sewer service?

Click on this link, City of Papillion InvoiceCloud, and choose “Sign up for water/sewer service”, or you may call the General Clerk at 402-597-2020.

11. What are regular business hours?

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except holidays.

12. What are the fees to establish water/sewer service?

There is a $50 application fee for all applicants, and an additional $25 deposit is required for applicants who are renting.

13. How do I request a final reading?

Please make your requests for final readings at least 24 hours in advance through our online termination form, or call the General Clerk at 402-597-2020.

14. How is my sewer usage calculated?

For residential customers, your sewer rate is the average of the water used during the months of December, January, February and March. The rate is calculated annually in the month of May. For commercial customers, your monthly sewer usage will be the same as the current month's water usage.
